EQUIP LEADERS.
Throughout a Global Leadership Summit, you will hear, “Everyone wins when a leader gets better.” We believe this to be true and our goal on the AZ District is to provide tools for all of our leaders to have the resources and training they need. Some of the opportunities we provide for our leaders are: continuing education trainings, online courses and modular studies programs, mentorship programs and more. We are also working to create a packet of resources and tools that leaders will be able to reference as they desire to grow.
EXPAND THE KINGDOM.
Our district is comprised of over 60 congregations, but we believe God wants us to continue to reach more of Arizona and portions of Southern Nevada, Southern Utah and California. We believe that even in today’s climate, the truth and power of the Gospel is more vital than ever. God’s Kingdom will continue to expand across our district as we see more churches planted, creative ministry initiatives started, the continued growth and effective ministry of Pinerock Camp and Retreat Center, calls to ministry and, more than anything, hearts turned to the Living God. ENCOURAGE PASTORS.
Leading people can be exhausting work. As pastors and leaders, we believe that we need each other in order to be successful in this journey. Our heart is that the pastors on our district would be deeply connected and growing together in Christ. We have created a pastors forum for some great discussions to take place, hosted dinners for pastors to meet and begin to share the struggles of ministry together and we will begin to interview and share ministry resources through video soon.
