2024 REGISTRATION!

This year you will see that we have a full week or weekend rate for the dorm style rooms but deluxe cabins are first available as full week reservations only. If there are deluxe cabins still available on June 1st, we will make those available for weekend rates.

You will use your mobile number or email to verify who you are.

If you have registered for a district event before, it will pull your personal information in for you but if you haven’t, this will allow you to input that information as well. Once you have read the instructions, you’ll click on the button at the bottom to register.

For all registrations, just add 1 - this will be per-family.

Later in the process you will tell us how many people will be joining you and how many meal passes you will need.

This is the person who is filling out the registration.

The main point of contact if we have any questions or changes to the registration.

Now you can mark the items you need.

Meal tickets are per-person and you can see the max capacity of each room. Each location booked will require a $100 deposit at the end of the registration process.

Please make sure to include all children, including babies, and check that you have read all of the disclosure statements.

The deposit is required before your registration is officially submitted.

The balance that will be due can be paid by cash, check or an additional card payment later on.
