If you've ever been part of a leadership team or staff position, you know that conflict is inevitable. Even amongst congregants there can be strife and hurt feelings because let's face it, we are all human and the church can be a messy place. This seminar will deal with conflicts between staff, volunteers, congregants, friendships, etc. and how to resolve them in a positive way that leads to a restoration of relationships rather than pushes people out of the church or even away from the faith.
