TOURNAMENT RULES

There will be a 30min round robin time to warm up Then a single-elimination tournament, meaning if you lose a single match (not life), you are out of the tournament.

GENERAL RULES:

• 3 Stock/5 minutes (First out, or most KOs by time end).

• Must use the game settings preset “Smash Tourney”.

• This includes preselected stages, no smash meters, no spirits, no stage hazards, or other game-changing elements.

• Settings are set to retain a straight-up character-on-character brawl.

• 4 player free for all match.

• No teaming, judged by an official representative.

• If the game/console is cut-off by outside causes (power goes out, someone unplugs tv, console/game crashes, etc.), the game will be restarted if there is no fault of the players, or if caused by a player the offender will forfeit the match.

• The cause/fault will be determined by the official representative

• Appropriate clothing is required (shirts, pants/shorts, and shoes), with costumes and team outfits being very strongly encouraged!
